New Jersey Shore - Brennen's Steak House

Brennen's Steak House Can you find wonderful filet mignon, sirloin, lamb chop or seafood dinner that’s comparable to that served in New York’s finest steak houses? Surprisingly, you can at the Jersey Shore, in Neptune City.

We recently visited Brennen’s Steak House after hearing rave reviews about this small, well-appointed restaurant from friends and neighbors. It was a fabulous experience for us as well as the two other couples who joined us. Although Brennen’s is known for its fine steaks and chops, the quality and freshness of their seafood is also superb.

The waiter was professional and courteous and we enjoyed choosing our own favorite cuts of meat from the wide selection presented.

We chose the filet mignon, fork-tender and melt in your mouth delicious. We also highly recommend the scallops, also which where delectably prepared.

Al Rondo was at the piano. Al has been around the Shore for years and it was a treat while we dined to hear so many favorites being beautifully played.

Be sure to say “Hello” to Jerry, Brennen’s bartender. He’s a great guy and can mix any of your favorite cocktails.

Brennen’s can be rated as good or better than New York City’s famous Ruth’s Chris, Morton’s or Smith and Wollensky Steak Houses.
